Meet the staff at the meeting place on the day of your reservation. </span></p><span style="font-weight: bold;">Notice</span><p>1. The schedule may change depending on the weather and traffic conditions. </p><p>2. Customers with wheelchairs and strollers should make a reservation via the CS team in advance.</p><p>3. Infants under 3 years old are free to board, but no seats occupancy. </p><p>4. If the minimum number of people is not enough on the date of reservation, our CS team will notify you of the cancellation of the tour via email. </p><p>5. If the luge is unavailable due to the weather, it will be replaced by another location or the luge cost will be refunded.</p><p>6. From 11 people, a guide will be followed from the ride of minibus. Up to 10 people can proceed with Van cars, and a tour expert driver will lead. </p><p>7.
