If there is change from the Airport, Departure time/Arrival time, please notify the driver and the CS Team as soon as possible. No refund will be given when flight change time was not notified.&nbsp;</p><p>6. If it is a simple schedule delay, not the flight change, the wait will automatically start as the first reservation.&nbsp;</p><p>7.&nbsp;Recommend a maximum number of pax up to 2 pax/5 pax/11 pax for each option depending on the amount of luggage.</p><span style="font-weight: bold;">Refund Policy</span><p>• Cancellation before 24 hours (KST) : 100% Refund</p><p>• Cancellation before 12 hours (KST)&nbsp;&nbsp;: 50% Refund</p><p>• Cancellation after : No Refund<br></p><p>•&nbsp;Airport Pick-up NO-SHOW : After waiting 60 minutes of international arrival or 40 minutes of domestic arrival, if the customer does not show up without contacting the customer center or the driver, it will be considered as NO SHOW and will not be refunded.</p><p>&nbsp;•&nbsp;Point (Address or Specific Location) Pick-up&nbsp;&nbsp;NO-SHOW&nbsp;: After waiting 20 minutes ,&nbsp;if the customer does not show up without contacting the customer center or the driver, it will be considered as NO SHOW and will not be refunded.&nbsp;</p>
